We want you to be happy with your service. This policy explains when you can get your money back.
14-day money-back guarantee
Web hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, email hosting and VPS plans can be cancelled within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment.
What is not covered
- Domain registrations and transfers once they have been completed.
- SSL certificates once they have been issued.
- Dedicated servers, because hardware is set up specially for you. Please ask us before you order if you are unsure.
- Renewals, once the renewal date has passed. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@blackhost.online from the address on your account. We process approved refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days.

This policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
