How do I order?
Add what you need to your basket, enter your details and send your order. We confirm it by email and send your invoice and payment details.
How long until my service is ready?
Shared and WordPress hosting is usually set up within the hour. VPS and dedicated servers are provisioned as quickly as possible, and we tell you the timing when you order.
Can you move my existing website?
Yes. Free migration is included with every hosting plan. Tell us where your site lives and we do the rest.
Billing and refunds
How does billing work?
Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew each year, with two months free. We email you before every renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
Hosting, WordPress, reseller, email and VPS plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy for domains, SSL and dedicated servers.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and we adjust your billing to match.

Do you take backups?
Hosting plans include daily backups kept for 14 days. We still recommend you keep your own copy of anything important.
Is my VPS managed?
VPS and dedicated servers are self-managed with full root access. Our engineers help with platform and network issues.

How do I transfer a domain?
Add the transfer to your basket or contact us and we guide you through it.
Is SSL included?
Yes, free SSL is included on all hosting plans. Paid certificates are available for wildcard coverage and organisation validation.
